Wyatt is a Research Analyst at Mangum Economics, where he focuses on data centers, as well as AI, manufacturing, international trade, and others. He supports and refines a proprietary cost model for data center projects and leverages SQL, R, and IMPLAN to model data and prepare impact analyses that illustrate how infrastructure projects benefit state and local economies. Before joining Mangum Economics, Wyatt worked as an Assistant Grants Consultant, where he developed budgets and justifications for grant proposals and supported financial evaluation, compliance review, and funding strategy for federal, state, and foundational opportunities. He holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership with a Business Analytics concentration from Eastern University, as well as three bachelor's degrees in Finance, Economics, and Industrial/Organizational Psychology, with a minor in Accounting from Liberty University.
