Meet The Team

Rebecca is a Senior Research Analyst with Mangum Economics. Rebecca conducts research and empirical analysis on a wide variety of projects within the areas of Energy and Economic Development. She is lead on energy projects and supervises the work of junior team members. Rebecca has developed expertise in the analysis of the economic and fiscal impact of renewable energy projects on communities and has completed reports in more than 20 states. Rebecca graduated with a B.S. from James Madison University where she majored in Economics and minored in Mathematics.
