Meet The Team

Rebecca is a Senior Research Analyst with Mangum Economics. Rebecca conducts research and empirical analysis on a wide variety of projects within the areas of Renewable Energy and Economic Development. She is lead on energy projects and supervises the work of junior team members. Rebecca graduated with a B.S. from James Madison University where she majored in Economics and minored in Mathematics.
